How Delivery Works at Loft Pub & Kitchen
Craving a good burger but don't feel like going out. We get it. That's why we made ordering as simple as it gets — go to the website, pick what you want, hit confirm, and we take it from there.
Open the delivery page and browse
On loftpub.md/delivery you'll find the full delivery menu, sorted by category. Burgers, pasta, grill, salads, soups — all with photos and prices. Tap "Add" on anything you like and it goes straight into your cart. Want two of the same thing? Just add it twice. The cart updates in real time at the bottom of the screen, so you always know what you've got and what it costs.
Fill in your address and pick how you pay
Once you've got everything you want, type in your name, phone number and delivery address — street, house number, apartment. We deliver anywhere in Chișinău. For payment, pick what works for you: cash on delivery or card on delivery. No account needed, no password, no hassle. And by the way — orders over 700 MDL get free delivery.
Confirm and we start cooking
Hit "Place Order" and that's it — your order goes straight to our kitchen on Decebal 20. The same cooks who prepare food for the guests sitting in the restaurant make your delivery order too. Same grill, same fresh ingredients, same portions. We don't cut corners just because the food is leaving the building. What you get at home is exactly what you'd get at the table.
We pack everything with care
We went through a ton of packaging options before we found the right ones. The burger doesn't get squished, the sauce doesn't leak, the salad stays crispy. Every dish is packed separately, at the right temperature. Fries sit in a vented compartment so they don't go soggy. Sauces come in sealed containers. Might seem like a small detail, but it's the detail that separates a good dinner from a letdown.
Our courier brings it to you
We don't use third-party delivery platforms — our courier heads out straight from the restaurant. Knows what's in the bag, knows it needs to get there fast. Average time: 30 to 45 minutes, depending on the area. Delivery hours: daily 13:00-21:00. Simple, fast, no surprises.
