At Loft Pub our grill runs all day, and it shows in our burgers — fresh beef, made to order, no prefabs. We deliver the full range: Simple Burger (95 MDL), Bacon Burger, BBQ Burger, Cheese Burger, Double Burger, and the legendary 2kg Burger Challenge (free if you finish in 2 min). To keep burgers crispy during delivery, we use vented packaging that keeps bread warm without going soggy. Fries stay in a separate compartment so they don't turn mushy. Sauces come sealed, on the side. Want it tasting like in the restaurant? Take it out of the bag as soon as it arrives — texture stays perfect for the first 10 minutes. A burger + fries + drink = around 200-250 MDL, delivery 60 MDL. Three burgers + sides easily reaches 700 MDL, making delivery free.
💬 How we cook this
We grind the patty in-house, every morning — fresh beef from Carnex, never carried over from the day before. Our cook works with an 80% chuck / 20% ribeye mix so it stays juicy even at medium-well. The bread is brioche from the bakery behind the restaurant, delivered by 9 AM. The 2kg Burger Challenge is a real thing: 7 people have eaten it in 2 minutes over the last 3 years — their names are on the wall by the entrance. Fastest: 1 minute 47 seconds (an athlete from the gym in Botanica). For takeout we put the patty on the grill ONLY when the courier picks up the order — that way the texture stays exactly like in-house: caramelized crust outside, juicy inside.
