At Loft Pub, desserts are not bought in — we make them daily in the kitchen. Our tiramisu uses Italian-imported mascarpone, fresh espresso and soaked ladyfingers. The cheesecake is original New York style, with biscuit base and Philadelphia cheese. Lava Cake comes with a molten chocolate center — this is the most delicate part for delivery, and we have a special solution: lava cake is delivered pre-baked, and you microwave it for 30 sec at home (instructions in the box) for the "eruption" effect. Cold delivery uses gel-packs to maintain the right temperature. Full range: Tiramisu (135 MDL), Cheesecake (125 MDL), Lava Cake (115 MDL), Profiteroles (95 MDL), Panna Cotta with forest fruits, Artisan ice cream in 3 flavors, Brownie with ice cream. To qualify for free delivery, adding 2-3 desserts quickly pushes you over 700 MDL. Popular combo: 4 Tiramisu for family = 540 MDL + free delivery if you add a salad or drink.
