Grill at Loft Pub is done on charcoal, not an electric plate — the difference shows on the first bite. We have traditional Moldovan mici (15 MDL each), marinated chicken skewers, beef skewers, pork chops, spicy chicken wings, pork ribs, and family combos at a great price. All mini-portions are packed in thermal foil + carton box, so they arrive hot with aroma intact. Sauces (mujdei, chimichurri, BBQ, tzatziki) come sealed, on the side. We recommend eating within an hour of delivery for the best texture. For groups — the Grill Combo for 4 is the most ordered: 8 mici + 4 skewers + fries + salad + sauces. Free delivery over 700 MDL — most combos exceed the threshold.
💬 How we cook this
Our beech firewood comes from Strășeni — one batch a week, aged 2 years. The charcoal is made by burning the wood at 280°C in the morning. That's the secret of the smoky aroma you can't replicate on a stove. The mici recipe comes from Maria's (the owner's) grandmother: 60% beef, 30% lamb, 10% young mutton, Cătina salt, baking soda, beech smoke. Chicken skewer marinade sits 24 hours in yogurt + olive oil + dried chili pepper. Beef skewers are made from tenderloin (not the cheaper ribeye) — at 220 MDL per portion our margin is thin, but the meat is tender like it should be. For delivery packaging, sauces stay separate so the crust doesn't go soggy. Ribs come in foil + box to keep the melted fat hot (delicious with bread).
